How do I add my headshot to a design in Brand Studio?
Click on the image tab on the left-hand side. Click the plus sign that says upload image, or, you can drag and drop an image into that area.

How can I add an image from my phone or desktop, to Brand Studio?
A
Certain elements are locked for branding/legality and to keep the integrity of the design. If you are unable to move or delete something in a design, it is likely locked.

Why can I not move certain elements in a design?

Find the design you would like to duplicate on your dashboard. Hover over the design and click the three white dots in the top right hand corner and you'll see the option to duplicate.

How do I duplicate a design?

We have recently integrated Brand Studio with Xpressdocs, meaning, you can click the "Print" button that's in the top right-hand corner of Brand Studio and it will bring you to a new window to place your order.

How to I print my postcard from Brand Studio?
Download the design from Brand Studio as a jpg at 95%. You can then add that jpg to your Moxi Engage email as an image. For additional help, view the video tutorial below:

How do I get my design from Brand Studio, into an email I'm creating in Moxi Engage?

There are a couple different things that can be causing this. First, if the listing has just been added to the MLS, it takes about 3-4 hours to show up in Brand Studio. Second, Brand Studio only pulls through sold listings for up to 30 days – if your listing was sold past that threshold, it will not show up. Lastly, only Houlihan Lawrence listings will pull through Brand Studio, if you are trying to find a non HL listing, it will not show up.

My listing isn't coming up when I search it in Brand Studio
This can be found under the images tab on the left-hand side library. Once you've clicked the Images tab, click the window that says stickers.

Where do I find stickers that say property updates like "Just Sold"?
This can be found under the images tab on the left-hand side library. Use the search bar that says "Search Copyright Free Images".

Where do I find the copyright free images to use in Brand Studio?

Click on the image you want to replace. You'll see an images library pop up on the left where you can choose your image. If you do not start by clicking the image you want to replace, this functionality will not work properly.
